Excellent and efficient from ST-PUMPS service engineer Anthony. He was out to me within 2 hours of my call and found the problem straight away. Pump is running like new. Excellent service! Antony arrived on time and with all necessary spare parts to fix misbehaving pump on first visit. Took only 30 minutes to take the pump apart and rebuild it back again. Very accurate job, bordering on artistry.

Rang ST. Pumps this morning following a recommendation from my plumber. They were out to me within 3 hours.Anthony inspected the pump and discovered it was not the problem and advised me what was. He also was very helpful with resolving the problem I had. He was friendly and courteous and I would certainly recommend this company. Excellent service and with a smile

Excellent service. Rang around afew places looking for a quote to fix my pump and was getting some crazy prices. I rang St pumps and spoke to Anthony who could not have been more helpful. He was able to come out the next day and fix the pump. Anthony went out of his way to fix other leaking valves not part of the pump at no extra cost. Great service, great prices.Highly recommend these guys if anyone is having similar problems.

However I couldn't get the Pump to stop running. I called the mobile number on a Sunday Morning and left a message. Anthony called me back shortly after, even though he was on his way to a Christening. he advised me exactly what to do to troubleshoot and told me what the problem was. What amazing and frankly unexpected service. Won't ever go anywhere else again.

Called these guys during the week to fix a pump in my home. There response time was incredible and unexpected. The service was impeccable and the engineer who called Anthony couldn't do enough for us and also looked at an appliance I was having problems with. Got a wonderful service from ST Pumps. Problem transpired not to be the pump, as suggested by plumber, but Anthony stuck at investigation until the cause was established. Somewhat by chance he was also able to provide a solution there and then. Very impressed with his diligence, persistence and cheerful manner.

There’s a man called Anthony, working for this firm, and he is the most genuine helpful decent chap I have dealt with EVER. I got a replacement part in the post, upgrade of my existing one so straight swop would work.on a Friday afternoon he pulled in an step by step guided me through the procedure. Without him I wouldn’t have had water for the weekend, he’s some man,the best ever as I said. Well done Anthony and thanks again, johnny👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent service. Prompt, professional and reasonable. Was quoted 650 for a new pump by another service provider, who said they could not service my pump as it was too old to get parts. ST pumps fixed the problem for 220. A HUGE saving. Thank you ST-pumps.ie. A truly professional company. Highly recommended.

ST-Pumps are second to none. Very professional in all of their dealings with me. Pump broke down on Sunday evening and Anthony was here at 10am Monday morning to fix as promised. He also checked everything from toilets to thermostats to make sure that there was no underlying problem with could damage the replacement pump. 1 year warranty included.Highly recommended, your in good hands with ST-Pumps.

Couldn't believe it but tere are fantastic people still about, got home from Spain Sunday night "bank holiday Sunday " to find my pump not working. Rang Anthony from st-pumps he was out with in 25 minutes couldn't believe it! Absolutely recommend st-pumps know 1 wants a burned out pump to come to from holiday. Having arrived home to a burned out pump we rang in a panic on a Friday evening, worried that we would be without water for the whole weekend. Anthony arrived early Saturday and we had a new pump installed before lunchtime. I could not recommend him more - a very punctual, very tidy worker who couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.

100% satisfied. 5 Stars. I had a water pump issue over the weekend that meant I had no water for most of it. I called Tony on Monday evening. He came the next day, bang on time as arranged and had it sorted in minutes. Parts replaced and pressure tested on a very awkwardly positioned pump. Tony was last here in 2015 to work on another problem, and likewise had it sorted very efficiently. If I have any other pump issues in the future, I know exactly who to call. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with the pump, water was not reaching the upstairs bathroom. Rang ST Pumps on the morning and arranged for a service in the afternoon. Vasile was prompt, nice, friendly and solved the problem. He also made sure that everything was working fine including the shower and the wash hand basin tap. Great service and very effecient.

Faulty Stuart Turner pump, correctly diagnosed problem over the phone and sent me repair materials. Replaced PCB and capacitor using included re wiring guide (nice one!). Repair was less than 30 mins. Shower working 100%, wife and kids delighted. Many brownie points awarded to husband as a new pump is several hundred Euro, fix was a 10th of the price.

I got a price today from this company and a few more pump companies to fit refurbished pump in an apartment in Clonee. They were all very pleasant on the phone but there was a massive difference in price. This company was very expensive compared to other companies. I got another company that was more competitive in price for the very same pump and my advice would be to shop around before using this company.
