I arranged a call-out from ST-Pumps when my pump was creating a lot of noise when it was in use. The appointment was next-day, the engineer was on-time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to resolve my problem without replacing the pump, when he could easily have sold me on the cost of a full replacement. Excellent service.

Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. Called in the morning about a dodgy pump, he said he could call out that afternoon to replace it. He arrived when he said he would and had the replacement done in less than half an hour. All working perfectly now 👍

My shower pump was making the wrong, worrying noises so I thought it needed replacement, which would have been expensive. Anthony came out and diagnosed the real problem which did not require replacement and suggested a simple fix, which meant a big saving. Anthony's professionalism and honesty in solving this problem has been fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending him and would call again in the event of any future issues. Top man and service.

All credit to Anthony and his team. Excellent service, when I spoke to Anthony he said me if it could be repaired he would would repair and gave me options on repair or replace. It turns a capacitor was at fault and Anthony recommended that the PCB board be replaced. Pump back up within minutes of his visit. If you're looking for and honest, reliable and fast service, ST Pumps are the ones to contact.

I never thought I would get my boiler tank pump and shower problems sorted until Anthony came along from ST Pumps. I cannot praise the whole crew in the shop enough and Anthony for coming out to the house to sort my pump problems out. Showers now in full flow, I'm a very satisfied customer. Lived in the apartment for about a month and suddenly the pump wasn't giving full consistent pressure on the hot water. Bathroom and kitchen was the same, I first thought it was because of small leaks in the connection on the taps which made the pump behave differently. Had an engineer come out today and confirmed that a part of the pump was missing after doing a routine inspection of the pump. He got the part and the pressure was back to normal consistent pressure.I asked if he could look at the taps and see if he would fix the leaks, simple fixes it turned out to be. He put in new seals and all is working perfectly fine, absolutely a happy customer 😊

Our 12 year ST pump gave up the ghost. ST-Pumps replaced it with a reconditioned ST pump only took Anthony about half an hour super service and can highly recommend.

Brilliant service, when I spoke to Anthony yesterday morning I expected I needed new pump. Anthony assured me if it could be repaired he would and that’s exactly what he did. He went out of his way to get to me late yesterday afternoon and 30 minutes later and at a fraction of the cost of replacement, shower was back up and running. Great service. My shower pump was out of action for ages, couldn't get a plumber in, so I decided to have a go at it myself. I saw before that it was a Stuart Turner and then noticed the shop, passing by, so I thought of them 1st. I managed to get the old one out, brought it up to the shop and traded it for a refurbished one at a very reasonable price. I had some difficulty installing the new pump, but Anthony talked me through it on WhatsApp video call, which was very decent I thought. Delighted to have pressure again!

*EDIT Mar 2021 - I had to replace my ST Pump as it finally gave up the ghost. Anthony sorted me out in hours. A gentleman to deal with. Top Class service. Thank youI finally tracked a company down to repair my faulty Stuart Toner pump. It had been giving trouble on & off over the last 18 months. Humming noise and intermittently not pumping water for the showers etc. A quick Google search and I came across ST pumps. To say they were helpful is an understatement. I rang on a Monday lunchtime - by Tuesday midday pump was fitted with new parts and is now 100% working again. Highly knowledgeable on ST pumps, crystal clear communications and a super service. I most happily recommend ST pumps for anyone looking to repair rather than replace your faulty ST water pump. (If it was beyond repair which mine was not they offer reconditioned pumps for sale also) Thanks guys.

Had a really persistent problem with our pump for over a year which became unbearable, to the point that it came on every 5 minutes and disrupted our sleep. Anthony was extremely quick to come out and diagnose the problem. The pump is now fixed along with our peace of mind and he wore a mask which we really appreciated. Glad to know someone is so competent in the business and will be calling on him again if we have any problems in future, no doubt!

Agreed a price for a pump over the phone to sell back via photographs and a serial number. Dropped it off to collect the agreed cash price and low and behold the price had basically halved. From the agreed 40 euro to 25 euro. Not acceptable.
